Well it’s been awhile since we’ve had a concert outside in Dufferin county. I think the last time was back in the 80’s when Willy Nelson placed at Rock Hill in Mulmur. This time around it’s in Mono and it’s more of a community type of show and it’s called BLAST- A Community in Concert and it will be at Island Lake Conservation Area next weekend (Saturday June 21st). Gates open at 6pm, rain or shine event. The music will be a mixed bag of Rock, Classical, Blues, Folk, Jazz and a bit of Disney.
The cost of the event is Adults – $20, Students – $10, 5 and under FREE and can be ordered by calling 519-942-3423
Tickets are non-refundable and includes entrance to conservation area and parking. Bring your own blanket or seating.
