Pia’s on Broadway combines two of my favorite things, an awesome ambiance and vibe plus a size that is just perfect. Does it get anymore Orangeville than that? Not to mention it’s close to one of my favorite places to buy candy ;).
On Day 215 of 365 I had lunch there and it was great but since then they have sold and the new owners have changed a few things. I’m happy to report that it’s just as good as it was on day 215..LOL.
Yesterday I was listing a house that come on the market in the new year and before I went to list it, I thought lunch with a friend would be nice. So, Pia’s on Broadway it was 🙂
Like I said, the “vibe” in Pia’s Bakery is very hip and cool. They have an eclectic variety of furniture and artwork that really adds to the ambiance of the restaurant. You will also find free WiFi here so you can work away while enjoying all the goodness they have to offer. Pia’s on Braodway offers, Breakfast and Lunch from 9:00am-4:00pm Tuesday to Saturday, using organic natural when possible and local ingredients. They also bake their own bread it’s not surprising since it was a bakery before..LOL
********Dinner will be resuming in May with summer hours*********
I had a very hard time deciding what to have for lunch as there were so many items that looked amazing!
Now you, could get the Bacon Cheeseburger like I did or order other options such a Cobb (Turkey, Bacon, Blue Cheese, Avocado, Tomato, Onion, Lettuce, Mayo) that my friend ordered, Winter Classic: Turkey, Brie, Cranberry, lettuce, mayo, Veggie: Goat Cheese, Avocado, Tomato, Cucumber, Beets, Onion, Mayo, Lettuce, Balsamic Reduction or Super Veggie: all of the above, minus the mayo and cheese, add hummus instead.
We also decided to order the Kale Salad: Chickpeas, quinoa, capers, cherry tomatoes, lemon vinaigrette and Arugula Salad: Roasted Butternut Squash, Kalamata olives, maple rosemary vinaigrette. The Arugula Salad simply put was the best salad I’ve ever had…no kidding
Their space is very intimate, and they have a beautiful harvest table which seats up to 12 people. I guarantee you‘ll have an unforgettable dining Experience!
and one last thing, and it’ very important. That is the themed, multi-course “Chef’s Table Dinners” are still offered and the next one is December 7th but I would call first to make sure it’s still happening.
