The thing that I’ve always found interesting ever since Day 70 of 365 is that they sell Caribbean food in a small town without a large Caribbean population. How is that possible? I’ve been there many times and each time there have been lots and lots of people placing orders. You don’t have to drive to the city to get some awesome tasting Caribbean food anymore said one customer. I’ve eaten here a number of times and I have to say it’s AWESOME!! Others just smile….they get it, they understand what Phil is trying to do.
