Day 6 of 365 – Pine River Provincial Fishing Area In Mulmur

The  Pine River is an awesome area for fishing, hiking or getting away for some needing down time (I come here to clear my mind and enjoy what mother nature has given us).

The fishing area is in Mulmur which is a beautiful Dufferin township that straddles the famous and I mean famous Niagara Escarpment. Renowned for its natural beauty and scenic hills, it is an area of rolling hills, views and vistas, rivers and streams. Provincial parks, including the Pine and Boyne River systems inhabit the area.  The types of fish that you’ll come to find in the area are Trout, Pike just to name a few 🙂

Oh, by the way….time does stand still.  You just need to come to the right place and open your eyes……….

  1. I am retired, so I have lots of time to fish. I have been at the Pine three days this week, no major fish catching, but what a place to relax and think. I did catch a few small trout though. The weather was perfect for fly fishing also, so I got in some practice.
